What if I'd like to put my own ideas together?

That's great! This is one of KC's favorite things to do with her clients. Get some ideas from the KC Lids Facebook and Instagram sites then contact KC via her email to set up an appointment or video chat. Having a CUSTOM made from start to finish is a big deal, so KC will work with you to make sure you get the hat of your dreams.
How do I take care of my new hat?

All KC Lids hats are 100% wool. Store your hat in a dry place out of direct sunlight. You can hang your lid on a wall for decoration or store it upside down on a flat surface. Be careful not to bend the brim. If it gets dusty, use tape tap it off. Try not to rub it - especially the burned art.
What can I do if the hat is too big for me?

Many of the hats have an elastic self-sizing string in the crown. Gently pull the elastics to find a comfortable fit for your head. If it does not have the elastics, your hat will come with a few foam inserts to help you get the desired fit.
